This property is fully equipped with updated appliances, fully stocked kitchen, smart TVs, and an outdoor shower. All linens are included with the property, all you’ll need to bring is your bathing suit and beach towel!

Love fishing? Salty Days is a quick 2–3-minute walk to Seaview Fishing Pier. We also offer a cart to tote all your fishing gear to the pier without filling your hands. Seaview Fishing Pier also has a restaurant and full tackle and convenience shop. Check-in is 3PM and check-out is 10 AM. A digital guide will be emailed to you before your arrival. This guide will provide check-in information, location of property, about the accommodation, house rules and safety information, and a local area guide.

Guests will be given 2 parking passes to use during their stay. The first parking space is located under the deck, and the second is behind that space. Please reference the two photos labeled "Parking" on the listing, as taller vehicles may have difficulty parking under the deck. If you are unsure if your vehicle will be able to fit in the spaces provided, please contact us, and we will assist you in determining.

Disruptive parties and events are not allowed. Must be over 25 to rent.

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Forty-seven percent (47.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
