Tipsy Topsail is our first baby. We purchased and completely renovated this property in 2017. We made this family vacation home open and airy with windows that bring light into the home and allows you to see out at all of North Topsail Beach. Here, you can easily enjoy the common areas with all of your guests.
The kitchen is the heart of the home and open to the dining areas and the living room with a smart TV and 2 comfortable couches where you can kick your feet up and enjoy a movie together. When you need to carve out a little alone time, there are multiple decks and private spaces where you can catch your breath and simply enjoy the view.
Our guest have 3 favorite places in the house:
- The wide front deck off the main living area that faces the ocean. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning and watch the sunrise.
- The sitting ledge in the private saltwater pool is where you can sit and drink margaritas until your hands get all pruney. Then you can leave the pool, find a lounge chair to dry off under the sun for a minute, reapply the sunscreen, refill the pitcher, and do it all over again. After all, it’s your vacation!
- At the end of the day, retire to the top floor master bedroom that expands from the front to the back of the house with amazing views of both the ocean and the sound. You’ll feel truly spoiled in this room.
Wondering what to do away from the house? Tipsy Topsail provides kayaks that you can use to glide through the marsh grass in the sound. Bicycles are available to cruise the neighborhood. Or you can enjoy some good old fashioned beach time – it’s a 3 minute walk away. Fish on the beach or off the pier. You can even rent a boat for a few hours and enjoy the scenery from the water.
There’s plenty of activity to keep you and your family entertained in North Topsail Beach. Tipsy Topsail also makes it easy to kick back and do nothing at all. The marvelous thing about a vacation is – it’s entirely up to you!
