Large reverse floor plan home, hosting 8 bedrooms 6.5 bathrooms with 3 extra twin beds in loft areas. Open living, kitchen, and dining area including seperate coffee bar. Private salt water pool and (2) hot tubs.

Many amenities provided such as shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet paper and a hair dryer in the bathrooms. The kitchen has paper towels, utensils, and cooking instruments you’ll need to prepare meals and snacks during your stay. There’s even (2) laundry rooms onsite with laundry soap provided. Linens and towels provided by 3rd party.

Dreading carrying your luggage, groceries, or any other belongings up the stairs? No need to worry! Sound Move has an outdoor cargo lift to carry these items for you! 

You may bring your furry family member (up to 3) with Owner notification.  We do charge a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet.

With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this townhome comfortably fits 4 guests. It’s open concept flows perfectly out to the balcony and private beach access. Ideal for those seeking pet-free rentals as pets are not allowed at this property.

Guests will be given 2 parking passes to use during their stay. The first parking space is located under the deck, and the second is behind that space. Please reference the two photos labeled "Parking" on the listing, as taller vehicles may have difficulty parking under the deck. If you are unsure if your vehicle will be able to fit in the spaces provided, please contact us, and we will assist you in determining.
