Michelle is the Owner/Operator of North Topsail Rentals and our 4 properties. Her and her husband retired and moved to the North Topsail area. Michelle's favorite part about owning vacation rentals is being able to give others a taste of retired life in her favorite community.
When she's not managing the properites, Michelle enjoys grabbing drinks 🍹 and listening to live music 🎵 with friends at Splash by the Sea.
Michelle is grateful to have loyal guests that return for vacation year after year, and is always happy to welcome new families too!

Emily's main goal is to ensure that you and your family have the best experience vacationing at our properties. Whether you have any booking needs, questions about your stay, or just want to know the best spots in town, Emily is just a quick email or phone call away.
In Emily's free time, she loves searching the shores for sharks teeth 🦈 and eating anything from Shaka Taco. 🌮

Payton works to maintain consistent communication with you - our guests. She loves seeing your family's vacation photos and is always happy to feature them on North Topsail Rentals social channels (tag us! @NorthTopsailRentals)
While Payton does not live in North Topsail, she loves visiting the beach 🏖 and exploring 🔎 the local spots every chance she gets.
