WELCOME

Sound Move, a converted duplex now open on the main floor, is the perfect destination for large groups and families.

The main floor is completely open and includes the kitchen, dining area, living space, half bathroom, additional kitchenette, and high-top table. Each side of the home has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and parking.

This beach home has a private saltwater pool, 2 hot tubs, and 2 outdoor charcoal grills. Located at an equal distance between the sound and the ocean, this rental is an easy 3-5 minute walk from both.

If you dread carrying your luggage and groceries up the steps, use the outdoor cargo lift to transport them for you.

• Check-in is 3PM and check-out is 10 AM. A digital guide will be emailed to you before your arrival. This guide will provide check-in information, location of property, about the accommodation, house rules and safety information, and a local area guide.
• You will find your towels and linens in each of the bedrooms, supplied fresh by a linen service.
• Sound Move is a vacation home for family and friends in a clean, well-kept area. Disruptive parties and events are not allowed. Must be over 25 to rent.

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Forty-seven percent (47.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
